The Macmillan Caring Locally team done an amazing job in caring for my dad, as they have for so many other peoples loved ones in the last stage of their battles against this cruel and horrid disease.

This time, I seem to have been nominated by my wife and mother (clearly as they didn't want to do it) into completing a fire walk...
