Early next month I'm riding a bicycle 320 miles from Bristol to Bordeaux over just 4 days to raise money for a special charity called PROPS.

PROPS do inspiring work with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities- giving them opportunities to develop independent living skills, work in social enterprises and enjoy everyday activities when their full time education finishes. Enabling them to live a full life and contribute to society.

Over the last few years I've been inspired by what PROPS does with young people and what it means to them and their families.

PROPS is a small organisation but its works is inspiring - inspiring enough to make me forget the pain of 4 very long days in the saddle and volunteer to ride 80 miles a day, 4 days in a row this July. 

Please donate anything/as much as you can - it really is a superb cause. They'll put your money to good use.

I'm paying all the costs of the trip, so your money all goes to PROPS, along with a chunk of Gift Aid if you're eligible.
