Story

SCF was established in 2010 with the aim of using the power of sport to inspire, empower, educate and transform the lives of children and young people and we are proud to have engaged with over 550,000 children and young people. Sports Connections Foundation are totally committed to raising aspirations & creating role models for the next generation & providing exciting exit routes & transforming communities. Government, local services, schools and families face mounting problems and increasing pressure with an even greater dependency on Children's Charities like ourselves. Their vision is to inspire young people to pursue their dreams and develop inherent potential. SCF supports children in their formative years with a particular focus on transition, inclusion and young people who are facing the challenge or poor mental health, social isolation and economic deprivation as well as providing Sporting Wishes to children facing life-limiting illnesses.
