At the start of the year I set a personal target of 2021km in 2021 to help me stay physically active & my wellbeing in general. I also started a new job for an amazing organsiation called Coach Core, who use the power of sport and apprenticeships to change the lives of disadvantaged young people. Through a combination of education, mentoring and on-the-job experience, Coach Core help 16-24 year old's gain the skills, confidence and knowledge to unlock meaningful education and employment opportunities.

The UK is currently facing the highest levels of youth unemployment in four decades, as a result of the COVID pandemic.

So I thought this was a prefect opportunity to combine my own challenge with raising funds to help more young people across the UK to access vital employment opportunities, at a time when support is needed more than ever. 

I didn't want to ask anyone to part with any of their money until I'd at least shown I was serious. So now I am 223.7km in (as of 15/02/2021) I would love your support to help the lives of disadvantaged young people across the UK.
