We provide inspiration and support to people seriously injured through sport

Story

In June I am joining colleagues to complete the notorious National 3 Peaks Challenge, aiming to scale/conquer/crawl over Ben Nevus, then Srafell Pike, then Snowdon......all within 24 hours. We are doing this in aid of our favoured charity, and amazing Matt Hampson Foundation

The event is going to be a massive challenge, not least because I am so old and unfit! We aim to start ascending Ben Nevis at 07:30 and all being well, getting to the bottom (having been to the top!) of Snowdon for 07:00 the following day.

A total of 23 miles walking; an ascent of over 10,000 feet (that's half way up Mt. Kilimanjaro); and approximately 10 hours on the road driving 450 miles between the mountains. I'm exhausted just typing that!

All this with my amazing colleagues at Amplifi Europe.

Thank you for your donations, big or small. It all helps
