As some of you know I am running the Brighton Marathon on the 10th April. I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support. This is in memory of a very dear friend of mine and many others who sadly passed away late last year from cancer. The good people of Macmillan were on hand to help out not only Ray but also his family during and after his illness. The support they gave was incredible. Please, if you wish to, donate whatever you can afford. It will make a massive difference to all those who have been affected by cancer.

For those of you who knew Ray, you know he would think i'm mad for doing this run, and he would be right, but this is for you mate
