I'm riding to Paris! This is going to be the biggest physical and mental challenge of my life. Having not been on a bike since my paper round this will be tough....for a worthwhile cause.

I'm cycling in memory of Shane Stanley who died from an undetected heart condition in January 2014. I'd like to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation to help them with their research
