The picture was taken last summer doing the Genesis Canal Challenge. I was relatively fit then, buty as you can see I was still experiencing the burgeoning waistline of someone who has passed 50!  At the time the intention was to train hard and really get in shape for the Bath Half.  Needless to say this has not happened and the waistline is still growing!

However, I am still going ahead as I really want to help Genesis raise some much needed cash because as I am sure you are all aware money is hard to come by for all charities at the moment.

Please make my pain worthwhile and be as generous as you can be to help me raise funds to support those who are homeless or otherwise vulnerable in Bath.
