Hello everybody.

Myself and a team of colleagues, including their families, are going to be undertaking a land of challenges again. This time, our pain, struggles, embarrassments, and choice to be terrified of what we have put ourselves up for is for The Brain Charity.

This is an unbelievable charity based in Liverpool that supports those affected by over 600 conditions effecting the brain, spinal cord or nervous system from neuro-diverse through to major disabilities and strokes.

This is something that affects, or could effect, every one of us at some point. Proving support for the individual and their families in all areas including practical help, emotional support and social activities.
