Story
Some of you will know that Harriet was diagnosed with MS in 2013.
Shortly after her diagnosis she discovered Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis, which she finds very helpful. OMS is a positive lifestyle program that aims to help people live long, healthy lives without the usual problems associated with multiple sclerosis. OMS is based on rigorous scientific research and offers the real potential for people with MS to recover, using relatively simple mainstream secondary and tertiary prevention with appropriate modification of lifestyle risk factors.
I am raising funds for OMS when I compete in endurance events. I completed the Iceland 250km race in 2013, Madagascar 250km in 2014 and would appreciate any donation, no matter how small, for OMS for Namibia 250km 2016.
