I am running 4 half marathons in 4 nations finishing in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2021 in October(now March 22).  My dad has just passed after suffering from vascular dementia so I'm doing this In his memory and to support other families facing dementia across the UK. It is a horrible disease which you slowly watch someone you love and respect being taken away from you.Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service.
