I will be doing ( along with 30 other friends)  the Windsor Triathlon in memory of my sister Mary Coleman who passed away last summer to Pancreatic Cancer.  

My selected charity does great work in the area. This Cancer is very aggressive in its nature and only a small percentage of people survive once diagnosed.  By donating we have a chance to change that.  There are number of events being organised this year for Mary so please donate.  All donations welcome, big or small.
