As some of you may know, my eldest daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 4. Type 1 is a very tricky, life-long critical condition that requires constant management. Living with this illness can take it's physical and mental toll. Funding for charities like JDRF helps fund research into new treatments for this shitty illness and could one day help find a cure.
