Story

Most of us will come into contact with a hospice at some point in our lives. I've been involved with a hospice for 14 years due to Sharon's previous job so I've seen the incredible work they do from close hand.

I've also seen that it's not just the elderly that need the services of a hospice. It's people my age - and your age.

My local hospice - Pendleside - is holding a 35 mile trek to celebrate its 35th anniversary.

That's 35 miles! In one go! About 13 hours of walking. Non stop.

And the course includes walking up Pendle Hill! That's hard enough by itself.

So if you could spare a pound or two, please sponsor me, and help the hospice continue for another 35 years.
