Dear Sponsor. I have been raising money for the last 15 years taking part in various cycle events across europe organised by Challenge Adventure Charities. This year I will again be participating in an event, raising money for Challenge Adventure Charities to donate to Cancer Research Uk who are their choosen beneficiary. This years event is "The Route Des Alpes 2012 Challenge". This will be from 9th - 16th June taking us from Geneva to Menton on the Riviera coast, passing through the classic alpine passes made famous by the battles endured by a century of Tour de France riders. Whilst there will be many miles riden over the 7 days, in excess of 500 along with many mountain climbs, the highlight of the Challenge will be on day 6 where we will endure the long climb up to the highest pass in Europe the Col de Bonette standing at 2806m passing over the Col de Restefond on the way. From here a long decent of about 30 km to Isola will be much welcome! So your part in this adventure is simple, let me endure the pain and hard work and you make a donation towards this worthy cause which is less painful- So please dig deep and donate now.
