Starting on the 15th of May, I will be attempting to cycle Land's End to John O'Groats in 9 days.  This is about 100 miles a day, and I'm doing it solo and unsupported, as I've got no mates.  I'm mostly staying in military accommodation as it's free, and all monies raised will be split between the Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen's Families Institute (SSAFA) and Girl Guiding Centenary projects, as my wife Vikki is a Guider.  This will clearly be knackering, so unless you can do it in 8 days, please give generously!
