We deliver critical medical care to save lives across the Thames Valley

Story

Hopefully never, but one day, you might need an air ambulance to get you or someone you know to hospital in one of life's 'golden hours'.
I may as well try and help others through the sport that I do. This is a chance to put a pound or two into a damn good service in case you ever need it.One of my passion is triathlon. This year I will attempt my first Ironman in Nice, France this June. This involves a lot of training (10-15 hours per week) plus the interim events below:
- Sat 14 Jan - Country to Capital Ultramarathon (45 mile run) completed 10h:19m:52s
- Sun 19 Feb - Wokingham Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - completed 1h:54m
- Sun 4 Mar - High Wycombe Cycling Club reliability time trial (100 mile cycle ride through checkpoints) - aborted after 60 miles due to snow - in March!
- Sun 25 Mar - Cheshire Cat 100 (100 mile cycle ride through checkpoints) - Route ended up being 110 miles, completed in 7h:26m:11s
- Sun 15 Apr - Thames Valley Sportive (100 mile cycle ride through checkpoints), completed in 8hr 3min due to faulty bearings on bike.
- Sun 22 Apr - The Chilterns Big Dipper (100 mile cycle ride through checkpoints), completed in 7hrs 2min
- Sun 20 May - Royal Windsor Swim (3,800m swim in the Thames), completed in 1hr 44min
- Sun 17 Jun - London to Brighton cycle ride (55 miles I think), completed in 4hrs
- Sun 24 Jun - Ironman France (First ever IM and I'm bricking it), injured on run so entered IM Wales for 'another go'.
- Sat 19 Aug - Henley Olympic Triathlon (1,500m swim, 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run)
- Sun 16 Sep IM Take two - Wales (2.4m Swim, 112m bike, 26.2m marathon), Completed in 16hr 19min - dream achieved :)
- Sat 27 Oct - Snowdonia Marathon (26.2m).
Thank you.
