Hello,

I am Paul McClelland. I had a stroke when I was cycling in Uganda in 2009. I attend the Headway Essex centre. Each week where I meet other people who have had a head injury.

I am a keen sportsman and I really enjoy running. I am running in the Colchester Half Marathon on 27th March 2011 to raise money for Headway Essex.
