Story
I keep getting told that I've entered most probably the toughest event on the planet. Why is a good question. I'm hoping to raise some more money in memory of Anne, my mother in law, one tough mudder ;).
So let me explain what I'm going to be up to on the 12th May.
Tough mudder is a 12 mile course designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and determination. The course has over 27 obsticles from fields of fire, tunnels of water, 12ft high walls, monkey bars, mud pits, barbed wire, a stinging nettles crawl and the last obsticle is electic shocks! I'm starting to reconsider!
I thought that to get some dosh out of everyone in these hard times I would have to do something special, a real test and this is what I came up with.
Luckily I have some good mates who are also going to go to hell and back with me. I'm told tough mudder is not a race its a challenge and you need team work to get to the end. The idea is to finish, times don't matter, the only thing that does is getting to the finish.
So, please give what you can, every little bit will help and it's all in memory of my mother in law, Anne Franklin.
