Story

Support our Building Futures runners!

On 01 December our four intrepid runners – Marnie Watson, Neil Christie, Alex Marston and Paul Lovegrove – will be running in The Angkor Wat International Half Marathon in the heat of Cambodia.

As the sun rises at 6am our team will set off on the 21km charity race raising money – through their registration fees – for the relief of victims of antipersonnel mines in Cambodia. The event has been held every year since 1996 to give courage and hope to victims of land mines and assists with the purchase of prosthetic limbs as well as assisting with the physical and social reintegration of landmine victims.

Paul, Alex, Neil, Marnie and some family members  will be using the opportunity to raise further funds through sponsorship. This sponsorship money will go to Building Futures.
