Hi,

After 5 years I am taking part in the Bupa Great Manchester Run again and this time its serious!

The 10k is a marathon for a pathetic runner like myself so I have been undertaking extensive training including high altitude training in Lyme Park. This should help me rival the Kenyans.

I am running for The Christie which is a local cancer research and treatment centre. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
