Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As well as raising money to create a fitting tribute to all fallen officers, this memorial will say a much needed 'Thank You' to those who continue to run towards danger and put their lives at risk on a daily basis, to keep us safe.
I completed 100 Olympic distance triathlons in 100 consecutive days to raise awareness of the sacrifices made by police officers and staff so we can raise the last amount of money needed to get the memorial built at the National Memorial Arboretum.
The Chancellor of the Exchequer kicked the campaign off in 2015 by donating Libor fines and companies, individuals, police forces and Police Federation branches have kindly added to the money raised.
We just need the last amount to ensure a physical, digital and living memorial is maintained in perpetuity, so families, friends and colleagues have a place of reflection and remembrance, as well as educating the public about the sacrifices of more than 4,000 officers who have given their lives on duty.
This is a once-only campaign as the money raised will pay for the ongoing maintenance and development.
You can see how my efforts went on tri100.uk where I also paid tribute to officers who died on each day.
Please offer as much support as you can.
