My mum has survived three different cancers and is still going strong, thank God. My dad has beaten prostate cancer recently. Everyone I know seems to have been affected by cancer at some time. The only way we can beat it is by raising money for better research and greater drug development. I am convinced that most cancers will be beaten at some point. I am also doing this in memory of my friend Paul Walker who died of bowel cancer with his whole life ahead of him.
