Mum died of ovarian cancer in June 2016 and Isabel Hospice looked after her superbly in her last few weeks - I’m doing this for you Mum xxx
After Mum passing, Dad followed her 3 months later and this has had a tremendous effect on my outlook on life and the rest of the time I have on this amazing planet.
I’ve been a sub-prime lender, investment banker and worked for a group of estate agents, so I think it’s time for me to start giving back to society.
I plan to support Isabel Hospice annually by participating in one of their challenges for the rest of my life and all donations appreciated, large or small.
Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members. But we know there are even more people that need our help.
