Hi all - thanks for visiting my fundraising page! So I decided to run the London Marathon (with my brother in law Alex) to raise money for a local charity - the Butterwick Hospice.

The hospice provides palliative care for adults from the North Tees area and children from Teeside, north Yorkshire and Co. Durham who are suffering a life limiting illness. Unfortunately there are over 200 families in the North East who have a child suffering from a terminal illness. This hospice brings help to the whole family by allowing them to live as normal a life as possible whilst giving the best available medical care to the sick child. Around three quarters of the money needed to run the hospice comes from public donations, so please dig deep and give as much as you can to a very deserving cause.
