Story
Hello again,
It's chuffing cold, so what do you do....? Stick a pair of shorts and a T shirt on and go for a run!!
Once again I am going to attempt to run the London marathon.
Last year I managed to get round in 4 hours and 36 minutes, and raised over £1700.
This year I want to do it in 4 hours and raise over £2000.
The reason I'm freezing my nuts off most day's, (and giving up wine) is to raise money for a fantastic childrens charity called Sparks. They are the same charity I ran for last year and fund medical research for all kinds of conditions and illnesses that affect children, babies and expectant mothers.
I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to sponsor me and help Sparks.
