Story
Located in the High Atlas mountains, Jebel Toubkal reaches an impressive 4,167m, over 3 times the height of Ben Nevis. As the highest mountain in the Arabic world, and the second highest on the continent of Africa, it will also be the highest I've ever climbed. My first at altitude. As a lover of hills and all things outdoors its a challenge I couldn't resist.
A challenge I'm taking on in support of Cats Protection's Dereham Adoption Centre. The centre strongly represents Cats Protection in the county of Norfolk, homing between 400-500 cats annually. In addition to its work adopting homeless cats, the centre helps many more by offering owner support, neutering, reuniting lost cats with their owners etc., the centre also acts as a supporting hub for the network of local branches. All this work costs! A cost that I'm happy to support.
