George Searchfield is my brother-in-law.  Yes George is only 13 and I am, well lets say a bit older.  I was shocked and saddened to hear that completely out of the blue George had been diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia in the last year.  I'll let you read more about the condition via the links on this page.

2 years ago I did the Liverpool Marathon and swore blind that I would never do another one.  Well not another one until I have a damn good reason to - and George is that reason - so please please no matter how little, please contribute towards this charity and help me to complete the 26 miles for a great cause!
