I am 'attempting' to complete the Great North Run on the 18th September 2011 for the Aplastic Anaemia Trust in memory of my Dad, Thomas Graham. My Dad fought the illness for six months before sadly losing his life to Aplastic Anemia on the 10th December 2006.

More research is needed into this specific bone marrow disease and I hope the money I raise will in some way go towards this ongoing research.

As i've recently taken up running I thought taking part in the the GNR would be a good way to do something positive as my Dad is always in our thoughts and prayers.
