Completed the 100 miles in 5 hours 35 minutes an average speed of 17.6 mph despite the coastal leg of the route being into the wind and on what might turn out to be the hottest day of the year!  With a record entry this year of close to 4,000 riders the British Heart Foundation are likely to have done very well.
