Against the better judgement of my physio and my rotator cuffs, I am taking part in this year's Belfast City Marathon. As such I am really looking forward to the downhill sections across Belfast. To be honest, I may need a cheeky push in a few spots but say nothing! Anyway it's all for a great cause, so no pain no gain. 

WAVE Trauma Centre has been a massive part of my life for the past few years and now it's time to give something back. Any donations received will go directly to helping families affected by the Troubles to receive some well deserved respite in WAVE's new centre in Killough.

On a personal level, I have set the target at £100. As an employee with WAVE, we have been promised a day off on leave if we hit that! Feel free however to blast through that target. Donations of any amount will be gratefully received. I would like to thank you all in advance for your support.
