Hi everybody - thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am seeking your support to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) in support of tackling this terrible neurodegenerative disease that attacks the upper and lower motor neurones. Degeneration of the motor neurones leads to weakness and wasting of muscles, causing increasing loss of mobility in the limbs, and difficulties with speech, swallowing and breathing. This is a particularly insidious degenerative disease for MND sufferers, not forgetting the impact to families and friends who support their loved ones throughout this time.

So how can you help?, well stupidly along with several friends I intend to complete the "Three Peaks Challenge" on June 19th 2010, this involves climbing the three highest mountains in the United Kingdom (Snowdonia, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis)................the clock starts when we start climbing the first mountain and finishes when we complete the final mountain, including the driving in under 24 hours.......................so, if you want to support an over the hill, overweight and over rated Copper for a very worthy cause, then please, please dig deep.................I predict some pain, but it will be a small price to pay for a worthy cause......................I know the current financial climate is difficult for everybody, so any donation will help, no matter how small.
