I am doing a sponsored run for Positive East. Sure its only 5K and it isnt going to be difficult, but its about helping Positive East who have helped me a lot, when I was first diagnosed as HIV+ and beyond.

£300 will go a long way so please give. Even if its only a fiver it will help. Funding is really difficult - we've had cuts of 30% - but more and more people are living with HIV and thousands still catch it every year in the UK so demand for services is actually going up.
