I just wanted to let you know that last Sunday, on a perfect autumn day, I completed the Berlin Marathon in a personal best time of 2:52:25.

I'm running for my family and friends. In memoriam: my father Adrian and my father-in-law Howie, both of whom left us too soon. For my mother-in-law Laurel, who continues the fight and my good friend Ben who is on the road to recovery.
