I am competing in this event along with my colleagues Phil Beck Iain Martin and Richard Allott in aid of Cystic Fibrosis . An illness my wife Anna has lived with all her life. Put simply , try breathing through a straw - that is how Anna manages 24 hours a day .  She never complains , whether she is stuck in hospital , having operations or just struggling to climb the stairs at home, she is an absolute super star - so running a few miles around a giant obstacle course should be a breeze ...... People who know me , will know crawling through tunnels and pulling myself over walls will be anything but . But there is a hog roast at the end so I will make it somehow.
