As most of you may well know my dad lost his fight with cancer in october 2012 so i will be running the 2013 New York marthon in memory of a great dad and a great man

I know its a tough time out there and i have a big target to achieve but please dig deep and sponsor me as much as you can to help me raise as much as possible for this great charity

Up to now my training is going well and have not been hit by any cars again so i hope to achieve a good time and make all of those who know me proud
