Hi everyone, 

In the early hours of the 31st August, our wonderful Mandy passed away after a three year battle with cancer. In that three years, she made so many memories and had made clear that it was the best time of her life. She never let her disease get the better of her, and was a shining light in every room right until the end. 

In her final days, Mandy was admitted to the Marie Curie hospice in Solihull, and it is her time there that has inspired us to raise money for them in Mandy's name. The staff there were simply amazing; they were sensitive, kind and their care for the patients shone through. The facilities were comfortable, modern and entirely appropriate. The hospice allowed for Mandy to pass peacefully and for us, as a family, to spend some wonderful final moments. 

We would massively appreciate any donations, as Marie Curie run primarily off what can be provided charitably.
