Well managed to complete the 10k in 58:06 which I really pleased with. Additionally I'd like to say a big Thank You to you all for your fantastic support it's really appreciated and helped us to raise a total as a team of nearly £4500:00!!

Like a mad man I am running the Woodbridge 10k on May 20th with my good friends Charlotte and Jon Brooks, and together we are raising funds for the Cancer Campaign In Suffolk (CCIS). Both Jon, Charlotte and myself have been effected by this awful disease l lost my Mother and step Brother some time ago but thier memories are still an inspiration in my life and thoughts are always with them.

I am looking to raise funds for the charity to help support the fantastic services it provides to cancer patients and their carers.

We deliver information and awareness to the whole community. We offer a wide range of complementary therapies and counselling services and hold well being and beauty workshops for newly diagnosed cancer patients. All services are free of charge and it is entirely dependent on voluntary donations.
