My Bit - Women's Aid is the charity that the company I work for sponsors and having attended meetings I have been given the amazing opportunity to meet and talk to people who work for the charity and people who have also been helped by the charity.

The things that they do are truly inspiring and the donations given go such a huge way to help women and their children turn their lives around and be given the opportunities that we all expect, deserve and so often take for granted.
