Three years ago a crazy friend persuaded me to compete in an Ironman distance event, she had tried to talk me into doing this for over a year and eventually I gave in. I say she is 'crazy' because that exactly what I thought about anyone doing this kind of thing and to be honest, I still think the same way.

I trained for a year for my first event which took place in Roth, Germany 2010. Amazingly I finished the event in 13 hours 44 mins, 3hrs 16mins faster than my target. Then last year Barcelona (Half) 6hrs 20min then Florida (Full) 12hrs 40mins. This year its Challenge Aarhus (Half) and Copenhagen (Full). Please dig deep and support me, its most appreciated.
