After much pressure from my family (well Annette!!) for spending the last 4 months training for my Paris cycle ride for nothing more than a challenge we decided that I should use the opportunity to raise some money for a good cause. As a lot of you will know 'help for heroes' is very close to my heart and so it just seemed right that this is what I should try and raise money for.

 

I promised myself after Sean was tragically killed in Afghanistan that I would do something like this and so here we are.

 I have already paid for the cost of this trip out of my own pocket (well Bearsby's have) and so 100% of any donations will go straight to the charity. Luckily for me Bearsby's have even put another £100 in the pot just to start the ball rolling.
