I am taking part in the 10k Royal Marines COMMANDO CHALLENGE at Lympstone, getting covered from head to toe in the dirtiest mud in the South West whilst overcoming the tunnels, ship dip and muddy pools all in aid of Devon Air Ambulance and C group (supporting injured Royal Marines).
