Over the next couple months I am attempting to complete the spartan trifecta. This includes completing 3 assault courses. 3+mile spartan sprint on 30th August. 8+mile spartan super on 31st August and 12+mile spartan beast. On 11th October.  This is one of my toughest challenges to date and only about 3000 people complete this globally every year. I aim to complete all three to raise money for derriford hospital children's cancer support.
