I had a fantastic day yesterday competing in the London Triathlon. 

The water was definitely worse than last year, with all the storms from the past few days churning up the gunk from the bottom of the Thames.  Also I managed to loose my gloves during transition and then my bike chain fell off.  Still that is enough of the excuses as I did manage to complete the olympic distance in 2hr 56mins. 

Thank you all for supporting us. Frankie continues to benefit from the speech and language therapy that Down's South provides.  Her course starts up again in September.

You never know this raising money for charity may become an annual thing!
