In September I'll be taking part in the Jersey Stroke Support London to Paris cycle challenge. 

Please help me reach my target, I have fully self-funded the cost of the trip and so all funds raised shall go directly to this wonderful and much needed charity which offers post-stroke reviews and helps survivors and their families.

Stroke is a medical emergency and the leading cause of adult disability in the UK. Jersey Stroke Support aims to offer person centered post-stroke reviews approximately 6 months post-stroke to assess clients needs, offer support and sign-post to other agencies and charities.
