Story
It's hard to believe that it was nearly two years ago that both of us experienced the amazing journey of cycling across Madagascar to raise money for the incredible Ronald McDonald House Charity. Not deterred by rain in the mountains & 100 degree temperatures at sea level we are good to go again, but this time cycling from Manchester to Brighton in the UK visiting some of the RMHC Houses that your kind donations in the past have helped to build.
We all worry about our children when they have the smallest illness, so it is impossible to imagine what it must be like to be told that they need to go to a specialist hospital miles away from where you live for treatment. RMHC Houses provide families with a free "home away from home" accommodation close by a partner children's hospital where families can be together at this traumatic time.
Our 300 mile cycle takes place from the 12th -15th July, so any monies you can spare to support our effort, & ease the pain, is as always greatly appreciated & will make a huge difference to many families who benefit from the amazing work undertaken by RMHC.
Many, many thanks in advance,
Paul & Jon
