Hi folks! As many of you know my 20s are coming to an end soon! Many of you will also know that I lost a dear friend last year to a sudden heart attack one day after his own 30th. 

So the day before my 30th, I’m climbing Ben Nevis with an additional 35kgs in my bag to raise money for Heart Research UK. 

For my 30th birthday, I don’t want any presents or gifts so if you were thinking of buying me anything at all, please just spend the money here
