Michael Mandeville 

20th August 1942 - 30th October 2011
 
On the day of the Great South Run it will be a year ago that my darling husband, Michael died suddenly and unexpectedly.
He was a fit man full of life aged 68, a wonderful person.
First thing every morning we would go for a short run. 
From that morning, when he didnt wake up .......I could only plod along.
 
Now I want to run for him, to remember our fantastic romance and for those, like me, who have lost one so dear and need the support that cruse can offer.
