Between Sunday 26 June 2011 and Sunday 3 July 2011, I will be taking part in an epic 250km Coast 2 Coast challenge, hiking, cycling and canoeing from the West coast to the East coast of England.

The aim of the challenge is to rasie money for Camelot's Charity of the Year - Marie Curie Cancer Care.

This is also a huge challenge for me personally as I have never done anything like this in my life, and am starting from a low base fitness wise!
