We have been given the opportunity for Patrick to be one of the 4 adults to move into a group home next year.  This home is being built for Matthias Academy where Patrick has been attending for a day program the last 18 months. Some of the staff will be helping in the home also who already know Pat. It will be a 24 hour care monitored home. Patrick is going to be 28 next year and says he wants to live with friends. 

We know this transition will be an adjustment for all of us. Pat can come stay at home and travel with us as much as he wants. This home will be located in Twin Lakes Wisconsin, 30 minutes from our home.  Please donate to help build this home where 4 adults will be able to gain independence with supports they deserve.  Matthias Academy is a 501C3 non profit program.
